Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

The short version: Hailey's Learning Land collects no information about anyone, including children. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases. Everything is built into the app, and it never needs the internet.

Who this policy covers

Hailey's Learning Land is an iPhone, iPad and Android app for young children, made by Preston Davies, an independent developer. This policy explains how the app handles information. Questions are welcome at preston5@protonmail.com.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app does not ask for a name, age, email, photo, location or any other personal information. It does not save drawings, game progress or anything a child does. Each time the app opens, every game starts fresh. Nothing is sent from the device to the developer or to anyone else.

Offline by design

All pictures, sounds and spoken instructions are stored inside the app. The app works the same in airplane mode. It does not download content or contact any server.

Permissions

The app does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location, and it does not send notifications.

Links for grown-ups

The only links in the app are to this privacy policy and the support page. They sit behind a grown-up gate that asks for numbers written as words, so a young child is unlikely to open them by accident. Opening them uses the device's web browser.

Children's privacy

The app is made for children. It collects no personal information from them, so there is nothing to store, share or delete. It contains no third-party code that collects data, such as analytics or advertising kits.

App stores

Apple, Google and Amazon may collect information when you download the app, such as crash reports you have chosen to share with developers. Their own privacy policies cover that. The developer does not receive any information that identifies you or your child.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will update this page and its effective date.
